Journey planning & driver coordination

  • We share your driver’s name, contact number, and vehicle information 48 hours before your journey.

  • For extended tours, we’ll arrange a relief driver as required to ensure compliance with driving regulations and maintain safety.

  • We offer two options:
    - We can arrange and cover meals and accommodation
    - Or you can book these directly and provide a meal allowance

  • Our fleet is maintained to the highest standards, and all drivers are trained in safety procedures. Seat belts are available at every seat, and all vehicles are regularly inspected.
